1. Premium Subscription (Lifetime Access)

Our lifetime premium subscription is a one-time purchase that grants you access to all premium signals for the lifetime of the ProSignalX service.

Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access to premium content, the one-time payment for the lifetime premium subscription is non-refundable. Once you have made the purchase and gained access to the premium signals, we cannot offer a refund. We encourage users to explore our free signals to evaluate the service before committing to a premium subscription.

2. Single Signal Unlock ($0.99)

The one-time payment of $0.99 to unlock a single signal is also non-refundable. This fee grants you immediate and permanent access to the details of that specific signal. As the value is delivered instantly, we are unable to process refunds for these purchases.

3. Service Downtime or Cessation

In the unlikely event that the ProSignalX service is permanently discontinued, we are not able to offer refunds for prior purchases. The lifetime subscription pertains to the lifetime of the service itself.
